• Appointment information: details you provide when booking a measurement visit or styling consultation, including preferred date, time, location and notes.
• Reviews & messages: any review, testimonial or message you submit through our website or contact form.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfil your orders, including custom tailoring and ready-to-wear purchases;
• Communicate with you about your orders, appointments and enquiries, including via WhatsApp and email;
• Maintain your Measurement Vault so you do not need to resend your measurements for future orders;
• Schedule and manage measurement visits and styling consultations;
• Improve our website, products and customer experience;
• Display approved customer reviews on our website;
• Comply with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including tax and consumer protection obligations.

3. The Measurement Vault

Our Measurement Vault feature allows you to save your body measurements securely to your account so you can reuse them for future orders without sending them again over WhatsApp. Measurements stored in your Vault are private to your account and are only accessed by our tailoring team to fulfil orders you place. You may update or delete your saved measurements at any time from your account, or by contacting us directly.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Delivery & logistics partners to fulfil and deliver your order within Lagos and across Nigeria;
• Payment processors to confirm and process your payment securely;
• Service providers who help us operate our website, send emails, or store data (such as our hosting and database providers), under confidentiality obligations;
• Government or regulatory authorities where required by Nigerian law.

5. Payments

Payments made on our website or shared with us directly are processed through trusted third-party payment channels. We do not store your full card number, PIN or banking password on our servers. Any payment confirmation details you submit (such as a transaction reference) are used solely to verify and process your order.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember items in your shopping bag, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.
